I had a decent stay during my business trip and liked the overall amenities offered by the hotel. the rooms were quite comfortable and the location was convenient for getting to my meetings. the staff were polite and accommodating.
the view from my room was lacking and didn't offer the relaxing atmosphere that I was hoping for.

The facilities of the hotel are very well provided and the rooms are plush and modern with distinct themes. The restaurant has a cozy outdoor area that is nicely decorated. The food is Indian and safe and it didn't disappoint. The patio is pretty and the background music on all the time is very soothing. It's in a beautiful location that offers peaceful views of the mountains.
The staff lacks confidence and doesn't seem very customer friendly. The place is rather new, and the staff is not yet knowledgeable enough about the facilities and services.
